UK's Chalkwell Coaches Praises Client Online Portal

Distinctive makes Chalkwell coach hire easier
Chalkwell Coaches has implemented some new software from Distinctive Systems to make coach hire easier for potential customers. The web-based system allows customers to see the various types of vehicles as well as their specific features.
Announcing the new coach hire quoting system, the operator says it will enable customers to submit a quote-request 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The information will be used to create a personalised and quick quote from sales staff Jenny and Marie. Customers should receive an immediate acknowledgement when they submit a quote and if it meets all requirements it can be accepted online and converted immediately in to a confirmed booking.
Payment for coach bookings can be made online and customers can manage their own bookings if they wish to do so. On the day of the booking, customers will be able to track the allocated coach so that they can see where it is at all times.
Commercial Director, Roland Eglinton, said: “We believe this is quite revolutionary in our industry and that there will be big benefits to coach hire customers. We recognise that for some people hiring a coach can be a bit confusing and so our new system, using the latest developments in technology, will provide something that customers will find really easy to use as well as being informative. We believe customers will benefit from being able to access all of their bookings themselves, as well as monitoring trips on the day.”
