Subscription/One-off Licence Fee Pricing
Our software is available via either subscription or payment of a one-off licence fee. Subscriptions are based on an initial minimum term of one year. Monthly payments are calculated at 2% of the one-off licence fee, plus an additional 1.6667% for software maintenance, making a total of 3.6667%. Pricing starts at $137.50 per month for a level one capacity TBS Express.
Clients choosing to convert from subscription to the one-off licence fee will receive a credit for the 2% subscription component for a maximum of the previous 12 months payments.

Inclusive Additional Services
Walk-around Check Mobile App
Our Walk-around Check Mobile app is available free of charge for all clients with a current software maintenance or subscription agreement for Coach Manager, TBS or VMS. The app is available for iOS and Android mobile devices and is fully integrated with both Coach Manager and VMS.
Our Google Maps Platform integration is free of charge for all clients with a current software maintenance or subscription agreement.
All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST.
