Job Description: Training & Support Specialist in Transport Management Software

Due to continued business growth, we are seeking a Training & Support Specialist to join our team at our UK head office in York.

This is an office-based role, with most training delivered either remotely or face-to-face from our dedicated training facilities in York. You will work closely with operators to onboard new customers, deliver engaging training programmes, resolve user queries and help clients get maximum value from our software.

About the Role

In this role you will:

• Deliver comprehensive online and in-person training for our software systems
• Lead classroom-based training sessions for new and existing clients
• Provide day-to-day support to users
• Play a key role in helping clients make the most of our software solutions

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has hands-on operational experience within the coach, bus or passenger transport industry and understands the challenges faced by operators
• Possesses solid IT skills and the ability to quickly learn new software
• Demonstrates excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Can work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
• Experience of Distinctive Systems products, including Coach Manager, Tour Booking System or Vehicle Maintenance System would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be provided
