Jason Fenske named Director, Support and Training Services

Coach, Bus and Tour Software Company Continues to Strengthen Resources

Estero, FL – Distinctive Systems (http://www.distinctive-systems.com/us) is excited to announce that Jason Fenske has been named Director, Support and Training Services. Jason brings 15+ years of motorcoach experience at Badger Bus Lines and five years working with Distinctive Systems under Bob Hopwood as a member of our Support and Implementation team. Jason provides the experience and knowledge needed to manage and grow our Customer Support Services provided to the 350+ North American Clients using Coach Manager, the Tour Booking System, and the Vehicle Maintenance System.

At the same time, Distinctive Systems is excited to announce that Bob Hopwood will be transitioning to a new position dedicated to managing special projects and continued software implementation planning. With the exciting changes coming to Distinctive Systems, it is vital to begin the transition now so our clients will be fully prepared as our company continues to provide innovation to the Charter and Tour Industry.

Bob comments “It’s exciting times at Distinctive Systems, as this change has been expected for quite some time. To begin working now on the transition to special projects, while maintaining an active role with our Support Team allows us to be positioned strongly for the future of our software”.

As part of this shift, Bob will still be involved with Implementations, Training and Support to our clients. Direct Management will be passed to Jason to ensure a seamless transition is provided for our current clients.
